Make Your Cooling Tower: "GREEN with ENVI®"

Water Conservation Systems, Inc. or WCS, Inc. has been providing full service water treatment solutions to the building community in New York City and Southeast Florida for over 15 years.

During our time of service we have strived to remain a step ahead and lead our industry in research and development towards achieving the balance between chemical water treatment and environmental impact.  It is this vision that drives us to continue to pursue new technological advances and develop programs to keep our customers ever changing needs satisfied.

The Unites States Green Building Council (USGBC) has been promoting the concept of GREEN building development and operation since 1993.  Through the USGBC’s LEED ®

(Leadership in Energy and Environmental   Design) Green Building Rating System™ buildings can obtain certifications of achievement in operating GREEN.  As a USGBC member, WCS, Inc. is fully versed in the LEED ® Rating System and can aide your building in achiving USGBC Certifications.  As Federal and local governments begin to legislate water usage and mandate environmental practices you need to have an experienced and capable partner assist you in your compliance.

Municipal water authorities continue to raise water rates while your cooling tower continues to waste bleed water constantly.  WCS, Inc. has the solution by reducing your cooling  towers water consumption and reducing your water charges.  WCS, Inc. can lower your cooling tower’s operational costs by up to 50% (varies based on many operating factors).

The Association of Water Technologies is the largest trade organization for the water treatment industry.  As a constant resource for its members, the AWT ensures that its member organizations stay abreast of new technology.

NACE, National Association of Corrosion Engineers, ensures the latest technology is scrutinized and presented to the chemical treatment industry.  Key elements of the ENVI program were discussed in a position paper at the 2002 Corrosion Conference.
